What is AurMap?
AurMap (The Golden Map) is a Saudi app that shows the shops and services around you on one map. You can search for the product itself, then order or book right inside the app.
How do I search for a product in AurMap?
In AurMap you can search by typing, by voice or by taking a photo of the product. The app shows you the nearby shops that have it and whether they are open right now.
Do I order and book inside AurMap?
Yes. Orders, bookings and service requests all happen inside the AurMap app, and each cart is from one shop.
How does AurMap know a shop is open now?
Every shop in AurMap shows its hours and an "Open now" status with a live countdown, and the hours take prayer times and Ramadan into account.
How many languages is AurMap available in?
The AurMap app is available in 30 languages, has a simple mode for older users, and works on phones and tablets.
Where do I get AurMap?
AurMap is on Google Play and the App Store, and it also works straight from your browser at app.aurmap.com.

How do I list my business on AurMap?
Fill in the sign-up form on the business page at aurmap.com, and the AurMap team will contact you to activate your business and its tools.
What are AurMap’s business tools?
AurMap’s business tools include your business page on the map, an inbox for orders and bookings, a WhatsApp inbox, customers and reviews, campaigns, team and branch management, and receiving payments.
Do I need a second app to run my business?
No. You run your business from the same AurMap app by switching accounts, just like moving between two accounts in one app.
Who owns the customer relationship on AurMap?
The business owner. AurMap does not hide the customer from the business: the business knows its customers and stays in touch with those who agreed.
Does AurMap connect to sales and delivery systems?
AurMap is working on connections with sales platforms, starting with Foodics and Salla (coming soon), and with delivery companies.
How much does it cost a business to join AurMap?
The prices are on the business page under «Pick your plan»: VAT included and billed yearly. You can also leave your number there and we will contact you.

How many levels are there in AurMap?
AurMap has six levels: Member, Explorer, Local Expert, Top Expert, Places Ambassador and Certified Ambassador.
How do I move up the levels in AurMap?
You move up in AurMap by completing tasks such as inviting others, reviewing places you bought from, adding places and connecting sales platforms.
What are AurMap points worth?
In AurMap, every 1,000 points = SAR 100. You collect them from your purchases and your tasks.
Do ambassadors earn on AurMap?
Yes. AurMap’s ambassador levels let you earn from your contributions, under the program terms shown in the app.
Privacy and payments

Who can review shops on AurMap?
On AurMap only people who actually bought from a business can review it, so the reviews are trustworthy.
Will shops send me marketing messages?
Businesses on AurMap send their campaigns only to customers who agreed to receive them, and you can stop them whenever you like.
How do I pay on AurMap?
You pay for your order inside the AurMap app with the payment methods available at checkout, and the business receives its payments through its business tools.
How does AurMap handle my data?
AurMap uses your data to run the service and complete your orders. The full details are in the privacy policy at aurmap.com/privacy (Arabic).
