An ordinary day at Abu Fahad’s
Abu Fahad owns a mandi restaurant in a residential neighbourhood. At 1:10 pm, an employee in a nearby office opens AurMap and types “mandi”. He sees the restaurant is “Open now”, picks a half portion of camel mandi with extras, and sends the order. The alert rings in the kitchen, Abu Fahad accepts the order with one tap, and the customer follows its status until it reaches him. A week later, Abu Fahad sends his Thursday offer to the customers who opted in, and the same employee orders again.
