Delete your account

Your account is yours, and you can delete it at any time. Here is how.

1. In the app (fastest)

   • Open the AurMap app and sign in.
   • Tap Account, then Delete account.
   • Confirm. Your account is deleted at once and you are signed out on this device.

2. Without the app

   E-mail us at info@aurages.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and include the mobile number registered on the account. We confirm the request is yours with a message to that number, delete the account within 7 working days and reply to you.

3. What we delete and what we keep

   • Deleted: your name, e-mail, gender, date of birth, occupation, card photo and notification tokens; your sign-in, points and level end.
   • Kept: order and payment records, no longer linked to you, for the period financial and tax regulations require, then destroyed.
   • Photos you added to public places, once approved, stay on the map without your name.
